Another technique I used at the workplace was prototyping: if my boss gave me a task (make a PPT, for instance), I would make an outline of what i would cover in it, where I would collect the data from, and within a few hours of getting the task, share it with him. That way, I got feedback in real time, he and I were on the same page from the get go, and he also saw me as proactive. Plus, I collected data points on how my boss thought, and could revise future work projects accordingly.

ChatGPT is far from perfect right now, but when you take its outputs with a grain of salt, it can save you a ton of time.
