Amazing article! Aligns well with a metaphor someone told me:

Ask 100 people to describe a cow. 95% of them will say "its a farm animal that goes Moo". The other 5% might talk about say different cow species, cow milk chemistry between different cow types, cow evolution, etc. The 5% delivered something that other people took interest in.

Like that, I think at the end of the day, impact boils down to other people recognizing the value delivered by your projects/work. Love how it doesnt need to always be just a "revenue impact" and its multidimensional
