“Build in public” is a great way to put it. Analytics folks are usually struggling with this one. I’m going to steal this one for my next feedback session with the team.
It feels uncomfortable (that's why many people keep their work close to their chest to avoid scrutiny), but it's better to get feedback earlier than have it blow up when people see it for the first time when you "launch"
